How these figures are calculated
Invoices are grouped by their creation date in UTC and must be fully paid for the configured THEORY VISION subscription price. Free trials contribute no revenue. Paid invoice totals can include credits or payments made outside Stripe. Verified collections require matching captured payments; refunds are measured on those same payments, even when refunded later. Amounts exclude unrelated products. These figures are not profit or bank payouts. Incomplete scans are labeled as subtotals.

Customers can cancel from their own Account & billing page. Open billing must be closed before disabling or deleting an account.
SIGN-IN & RECOVERY
Reset sign-in ends existing sessions. The person signs in again with Google or an enabled email method; there is no app password to reveal or reset.
Account removal
Deletes the login account after the server confirms billing is closed. This is not a project-data erasure tool. Trial history and the audit record remain.
The software subscription covers studio access. Optional AI requests use your own provider keys and may have separate provider charges.
